Today I am a serious, community minded individual. Yes, our children NEED safe routes to school, and I DEMAND it. People need to wake up, slow down, and ENJOY life! Rushing and speeding and talking and texting, you are missing out. Americans need to get off their asses and walk or bike their kids to school, or at least as far as reasonably possible. I am a big fan of bamboo, use the flooring, find dead stalks (is that what they’re called?) for garden uses, and I even have bamboo towels (quite soft and comfy too!). But bamboo bikes? What a great idea! Check out the 18.5k miles on bamboo bikes – see link.
